Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using CENTUM ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

CENTUM is a 100-day fitness challenge tracker for web and iOS. It lets you log daily tasks, workouts, meals, weight, and body measurements; track your progress; ask an in-app AI coach for guidance; and join private teams to share your challenge with the people you choose. Features may change as the App evolves.

You must be at least 16 years old (13 with verifiable parental consent in jurisdictions where that suffices). One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account.

CENTUM is a fitness coaching tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The macro calculations, suggested calorie deficits and surpluses, and any coaching responses are general guidance based on standard sports-nutrition formulas. Consult a qualified clinician before changing your diet, training, or supplementation — especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. You use the App at your own risk.

You own everything you log: body metrics, training logs, meals, weights, photos, and coach messages. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, render, and process that content solely to provide the App's features to you and (when you post to a team or tap Share) to display the content you publish to the teammates you have chosen.

CENTUM includes social features — teams, posts, comments, and reactions. To keep them safe for everyone:

• Do not break the law with the App.
• Do not harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other members, and do not post hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, probe its security, or scrape it.
• Do not use the App or an account on behalf of another person without their consent.

You can report content or a member from within a team. We have no obligation to monitor content, but we may review reports and, at our discretion, remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or harms other members.

CENTUM's AI features — the in-app coach, the macro estimator that reads nutrition-label photos, and the macro estimator that turns a typed meal description into protein/carb/fat numbers — are powered by Google Gemini. Anything you type into those features, including label photos, is forwarded to Google for inference under their terms.

The "Scan barcode" feature looks up product macros from OpenFoodFacts, a public food database. The barcode digits are sent to OpenFoodFacts; no profile data is sent. Results are cached on our side so a repeat scan of the same product doesn't re-query them.

AI output and database lookups are generated text and reference data — treat them as suggestions, not professional advice. The tools can be wrong; we don't guarantee that any output is safe, correct, or suitable for your specific situation.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. We can change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where changes materially affect you, we will give reasonable notice in-app.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that endangers other users or our infrastructure.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, OR USD 50 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or Australia, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by anything in this section.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction pending], excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [venue pending], except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue locally.

We will update these Terms when our service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.
