The short version
CENTUM is a fitness coaching tool. It is not a medical service and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified health professional before you start, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication.
What CENTUM gives you
Training plans, calorie and macro targets, meal suggestions, nutrition estimates and AI coach replies are general guidance. They are built from your intake answers, what you log and standard sports-nutrition formulas. They are not tailored medical or dietetic advice, and the coach can be wrong.
Before you start
- Get clearance from your doctor if you have heart, lung, joint, metabolic or any other medical condition, or have been inactive for a long time.
- Speak to a dietitian or doctor before changing your diet if you have, or have had, an eating disorder, or if you manage a condition through food or medication.
- CENTUM is not designed for people under 16.
Listen to your body
Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, or pain that is sharp or getting worse. Missing a session is always better than training through an injury. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your responsibility
You choose what to do with the guidance CENTUM gives you, and you take part at your own risk. Results vary from person to person; examples on this site are illustrative, not promises of outcome.
